MY PHYSICAL FEATS OF STRENGTH, ENDURANCE, AND FLEXIBILITY
To help demonstrate that you can do incredible things athletically on a vegan diet, I did the following projects that required a lot of strength, endurance, and flexibility to pull off...
1. DIGGING 1,000,000 POUNDS OF DIRT
For this project, I take a shovel and dig up 1,000,000 pounds of dirt in my backyard.
2. PUSHING A WHEELBARROW FULL OF ROCKS UP A MOUNTAIN
For this project, I fill up a wheelbarrow with heavy rocks and push it all the way up a big mountain.
3. 1,000 YOGA POSES
For this project, I perform 1,000 different yoga poses on video.
