MY FEATS OF
STRENGTH, ENDURANCE, AND FLEXIBILITY
To help demonstrate that you can do incredible things athletically while on a vegan diet, I did the following projects which required an enormous amount of athleticism to pull off.
1. DIGGING 1,000,000 POUNDS OF DIRT
In this project, I take a shovel and dig up 1,000,000 pounds of dirt in my own backyard.
2. PUSHING A WHEELBARROW FULL OF ROCKS UP A MOUNTAIN
In this project, I fill up a wheelbarrow with heavy rocks and then push it all the way up a big mountain.
3. 1,000 YOGA POSES
In this project, I perform 1,000 different yoga poses and become more enlightened.
