1. MAKE SURE THAT YOU'RE DEHYDRATED
If you feel thirsty congratulations you are dehydrated! Feeling thirsty isn't a sign that it's time to drink something, but
rather it's a sign that it was time to drink something a long time ago and now you're body is letting you know that it is
dehydrated and desperately needs water, and since the goal here is to be dehydrated it is very important that you
ALWAYS wait until you fell thirsty before you drink something in order to ensure that you are dehydrating yourself on a
regular basis. NEVER drink water when you don't feel thirsty just to keep yourself well hydrated!
When you do drink something don't drink water because water contains no calories, no caffeine, no high fructose corn
syrup, and serves absolutely no other purpose other than hydrating you, instead drink things that are not only not very
hydrating, but that are also very addicting and harmful to the human body. Coffee is a good one that I highly
recommend for this, alcohol is even better, but one of the most addicting and harmful drinks of all is actually diet sodas.
(If you have never drank a "Diet Coke" before please do yourself a favor and try some today! I guarantee that you will
be referring to "Diet Coke" as your "Crack" or your "Significant Other" in no time.)
When you eat food stick with really dry foods and add salt to them to make it even more dehydrating. Never eat fruits
and vegetables unless you put them in a dehydrator first to get rid of their water first.
Below is a simple urine test that you can do at home to see how dehydrated you are...
- CLEAR URINE
If your urine is clear that's a bad sign that you are really well hydrated. You definitely need to make it a point to drink
less water if your urine is clear. The odds are that all of your neighbors have yellow urine and you don't want to be the
only one on the block with clear urine do you?
- YELLOW URINE
If your urine is yellow and it smells bad that's good because it means that you're dehydrated enough that you are unable
to dilute all of the toxins that are in your body properly and therefore unable to produce clear and odorless urine. Think
of yellow urine like a yellow traffic light that is warning you to slow down and get ready to stop what you're doing before it
turns red...
- RED URINE
If your urine is red that's the ultimate because that means that things have gotten so bad that you are now suffering
from internal bleeding.
