To help demonstrate that you can do incredible things athletically while on a vegan diet I have also done the following projects that required an enormous amount of strength, endurance, and flexibility to pull off...


1. DIGGING 1,000,000 POUNDS OF DIRT

In this project I attempt to dig 1,000,000 pounds of dirt in my own back yard.

2. PUSHING A WHEELBARROW FULL OF ROCKS UP A MOUNTAIN

In this video I attempt to push a wheelbarrow full of heavy rocks all the way up a really big and steep mountain.

3. 800 YOGA POSES BY JARED SIX (LOTS OF NEW YOGA POSES)

In this project I attempt to perform 800 different yoga poses (so far) on video.
